Line Wide Gathering 2021

Welcome!

We welcome you to the 2021 L3 IAMC Virtual Line Wide Gathering. This Gathering is an opportunity to bring together Nation leadership, Monitors, technical experts, Government, Regulator and the Proponent – Enbridge. The theme for this Gathering is Looking Back and Looking Forward – with updates from the L3-IAMC, and the Monitors, learn from the experiences of Nations along Line 3, and hearing from NRCan, the Canada Energy Regulator as well as the proponent – Enbridge. In addition to receiving updates and hearing from leaders, you will have an opportunity to engage in dialogue and share ideas about the future of the Line 3- IAMC.

What to expect…

During these unprecedented times and with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, this event will be held virtually. In a virtual world, we are excited to have the event hosted and moderated by Committee Members past and present, share cultural presentations through pre-recorded videos, and provide opportunities to hear from participants using the Zoom platform.

Objectives for the two days:

• Provide updates on the work of the L3-IAMC
• Hear the experiences of Nations participating in Line 3 activities and what they learned
• Hear from Leaders about current priorities
• Sharing from participants what is working well and what they would like to see moving forward
